Claims

Claims for damages, shortages or nonconforming goods must be filed with Sunrize Sportz within seven days after shipping.

The purchaser waives any right to set off or hold back amounts paid or due hereunder against any other amounts owed for other merchandise purchased from Sunrize Sportz.
